The Home Report provides you with an assessment of the construction and condition of the property you are buying; advises on any further investigations necessary; and provides a market valuation and insurance rebuilding cost assessment.
The report is set out clearly and concisely, with condition ratings to guide you as to the importance of any defects found.
The Home Report is suitable for all properties of traditional or standard modern construction, and is designed as a more concise and economical version of the Building Survey.
